וַיַּעֲשֶׂ֤ה הָרַע֙ בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה רַ֕ק לֹ֥א כְאָבִ֖יו וּכְאִמּ֑וֹ וַיָּ֙סַר֙ אֶת־מַצְּבַ֣ת הַבַּ֔עַל אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשָׂ֖ה אָבִֽיו׃
Gumawa siya ng masama sa paningin ng Walang-Hanggan, ngunit hindi tulad ng kanyang ama at ng kanyang ina; at inalis niya ang haligi ni Baal na ginawa ng kanyang ama.
